Modular Construction Staffing
ModuForce is a Professional Employment Organization, meaning all workers we assign are W2 employees of ModuForce. We follow all Federal, State, and local employment and labor laws. You can trust our workers are authorized to work in the US and are treated fairly and equitably.
Worker’s Compensation
We provide Worker’s Compensation insurance on all our workers. If workplace injuries occur, we administer the worker’s compensation process to get workers healthy and back to work.
Training & Safety
We provide general skills training and OSHA 10 safety training for all our workers. You can count on receiving trained and safety-focused workers for consistent production.
Payroll Administration
We handle payroll administration for all our assigned workers removing this administrative burden from your team. We invoice you, you pay us, and we handle payroll and tax administration to our workers.
